Lumote is a beautiful 3D puzzle platform that you need to give to different plants in order to survive. It’s on the casual side of things, but the controls feel great and the gameplay is fun.

When I started this game I immediately knew it was French. I did not know what to do, everything seemed very strange and there were strange sounds and jokes.

Your character can empower things around them to achieve different effects and there are streams of energy at levels that you manipulate to advance in the game. The level view is very nice and the environment is comfortable. The creators of this game start out perfectly, building complexity quickly and easily. I was stunned a few times, a sign that there is a difficulty here. One of the speakers said that they tried to compare the difficulty of Portal 1 and I would agree that it is at the same level. So, this game is not entirely brainless. However, it is very enjoyable.

The gameplay is beautiful, clever, and has an awesome sound and level design. I definitely recommend it.
