In “Blind PC Game” you are driving your little brother somewhere and a scary analysis causes you to crash and blackout. You wake up in the mansion and can’t see. A mysterious and somewhat soothing voice is guiding you through the mansion. And so the blind puzzle adventure begins. The way you see it in the game is full of sound. Sound works like sonar, allowing temporary visibility in a certain radius. At the beginning of the game, you are given a stick to tap any level to create sound to see things. It’s a godsend because before I got the stick, I was throwing books everywhere to get a sense of the room around me.

The puzzle challenge is very logical, it all feels like a series of escape rooms. And the fact that you see with sonar provides some unique X-ray experiences. Like watching the gears turn under the floor that opens the door, or watching the little magnet behind the wall in the maze. I found the whole experience really unique. I’ve never played a game like this before. And the sonar mode of looking at the mansion and solving puzzles provides a new level of immersion. If you like escape room puzzles, and are really looking for something real and refreshing, I recommend it.
