I know the real balance game and really like to solve puzzles based on physics. Although it is not very difficult if you want to improve your puzzle-solving skills, these types of games are time killers and keep you fast.
Some say that keyboard controls do not work on this sequel, but the giant may have responded quietly and that is now ancient history. They work just like the old games, and you can really feel the weight of the heavy ball and the lighter version skills! Works like a spell.
The camera controls aren’t there anymore, but I don’t really remember them. It is handled automatically and quickly, although it can catch you unprotected. I have decided that this is part of the experiment and so far it will not lead to any fatal mistakes. In fact, I think it’s an improvement because you no longer have to interfere with camera control. Wise decision!
But I remember the old atmosphere, the feeling of being high and lonely somewhere. You are not alone now because there is a dialogue and apparently, you are controlling the ball with the simple instructions of your fellow astronauts. It sounds silly, but the sense of danger and being too high / controlling something is completely gone because of it, even though you are in orbit. I find myself skipping dialogues because I didn’t want to. I really like the old dialogue-less, mysterious style, Boomer!
Finally, I remember some interesting soundtracks. The sound effects are fine, but I’m not sure why the music won’t work. I’m sure it will improve the game if there is an almost silent orchestra playing in the background or Alpha Views for that matter.
