Senalux is a lightweight (excuse me) puzzler that revolves around reflecting, distributing, and combining different beams of light to illuminate all targets. So far, it delivers exactly as promised. The visual style is simple but charming, as well as a very comfortable soundtrack. There are no resolution options, and the options menu is usually quite bare – no problem at all for a game like this, but it’s worth noting.
Great puzzle game! Levels are grouped into 12 sets that introduce a new element, and each set starts with introductory levels but ends with pretty difficult puzzles. The first pack starts off very easily but the difficulty quickly escalates, and beating it up fairly well is a challenge.
Although I haven’t played it yet, I know from watching the final stages of the game in various game shows that it includes a good range of interesting mechanics that will tickle your brain. So far, the fun at home, the difficult ramp-ups, and the speed with which new concepts have been introduced seem good. Personally, I think the great idea is that you don’t have to solve all the puzzles to progress, you can skip them and try another one of the same level/stage (also Talos principle). Did something like that).
This helps to overcome the biggest frustration of linear puzzle games: getting stuck. Thematically it’s also good that, as far as I can tell, they adhere to the realistic behavior of light/lasers (except where visual communication needs abstraction), such as the way you create new colors.
Visual / Audio
The presentation is very smooth and responsible. While the graphics are kept simple, they exchange all the necessary information and there is a minimum standard about them that is pleasant and uninterrupted.
The same is true for audio (ie sound effects and music/sound scene): they provide a pleasant background that does not distract you and helps you to get into a focused state of mind in which someone No doubt you will need to solve difficult puzzles.
Overall, if you are looking for a fun and challenging puzzle game that you can pick up by chance, I would definitely recommend it.
