Epiphany City game has consistently amazed me with its puzzle quality. If it is a little short, it is a heartwarming story, and its narration and characters were more endearing than I expected.

If you are keen on some good tasks that can be solved on a regular basis for a while, with some nice music and simple graphics, I can easily recommend this game to you.

I couldn’t really tell you how blind the game is, since I played the preview and beta before the last release, but I think it’s a good investment that will last you at least a few fun sessions. This game is getting a response from me and I hope the devs continue to make games.

Pros:

• An interesting puzzle game that brings out style and personality
• Various puzzle mechanisms work well
• Short game (easily completed in one sitting)

Cons:

• The story can sometimes be very sweet
• – Some puzzle solutions may require running the last thought that everyone is waiting for. There were some different times when my progress came to a standstill because I myself did not understand the logic or I could not see where I was going. Maybe this is just a unique problem for me.
• I do not remember much of the sound. I do not think badly, just standard.

Both the story and the puzzle are equally strong, but after reading some other reviews I think I find myself thinking more about the story and less about the puzzles.

Don’t get me wrong, some of the more creative puzzles really caught my eye, because out-of-the-box, manipulative worlds of puzzles were very unique and really satisfying to solve.

I think the fact that they are really creative compared to most games made me really smart when I realized it myself. However, at the same time, there are a considerable number of puzzles that are not very different, mostly talking about the gray cats in Sky Mountain and the spring flowers in the coastal area.

It’s a really nice and healthy experience with a nice and vibrant concept offering challenging but fair puzzles. If you are looking for health and wellness in five or so hours, do not go further than Epiphany City!
