MXGP PRO

Awesome! This is the best Motocross game I have experienced so far on pc, I love the handling and track design, most of my 6-hour play time was just on the first course I enjoyed it the most, this game brings me back to when I’ve played MX superfly on the Gamecube before and I’m so glad I tried it, I was expecting to be disappointed like other similar games I’ve tried but no I really recommend this one.

Gameplay

The gameplay of MXGP Pro is simple and easy to understand with the help of tutorials and you will learn to play the game in no time. If you have never played an MX Bike Racing game before you start with a lower difficulty and turn it up after each race until you find a difficulty level that suits your skill. I recommend starting with Semi-Pro Physics and switching to Pro when you feel more comfortable doing so.

Career

Career Mode is nice but lacks a few features like fuel consumption for example. Before the Tournament Finals, the game allows you to choose which divisions you want to play (Qualifying, Qualifying, Race 1, and Race 2), after choosing the length of the Finals- the week you will start in a box that sets your settings for the Bike (gearing, throttle, and brake response, etc…). The Bike setup is easy to understand and learn.

The qualifying sections are the same as in the actual races. You have 25 Minutes to make good time.
After qualifying, there is a race, and you start on the grid in the position you qualify for, from now on it is self-explanatory, just give your best to Win the Race!

In the MotoGP™20 Career Mode, you can start in the MX2 Class (125 2-stroke and 250 4-stroke). You will have to choose the Team to ride with your reputation points (at first you will ride in a smaller team, the more reputation points you make, the better teams will be available for you to choose from. Later ko choosing a Team you will be able to decide which Bike you want to ride this season and you will also be able to change the look of the bike (colors, mods, and livery).The Career Mode of MXGP Pro is very well made and a step up from the previous game. It is a lot of fun and very realistic!

Graphics

The Graphics on MXGP Pro are fine, nothing too special, but still fun to see thanks to the motion blur that gives it a cinematic feel and look. Textures and bike models are flawless, sky and track details are good, and Motion Blur is moderate and not annoying (you can set up how much you want), Game is also well optimized so you will also be able to run it on its primary PCs. The movement of the Bike and Rider looks very realistic and smooth, there are minor bugs and Rider movements but they rarely happen.

Audio

The audio of the MXGP Pro is good, the only bummer is the 2-Strokes and the lack of power and aggressiveness in the Sound of the Bikes, making it unreal. But we all know that is hard to do.

Conclusion

I’m excited about this Game, it’s a lot of fun if you’re a fan of MXGP and MX2. I give this game 7.5 out of 10 with the only negative points being that it is very time-consuming and the soundtrack is lacking in development and there are a lot of nice features missing, which they could have added to be more realistic and fun.
