The Last Clockwinder is such a special game in my heart because it reminds me of those flash game puzzles “clone yourself” that I played in my childhood. Other than that I go whipping and a no-no. The muscles are very interesting and force you to think in a place where only the movements that you can do are the basic movements in real life.

The ease of understanding everything makes it very clear and the mixing around it makes it so much fun. I do not see myself going for efficiency either and I only build really elaborate machines in which I make my own deceptive shots.

The art is beautiful and goes very well together. It really feels like I am placed in this small comfortable place where I can sit and see. The amount of care that goes into the small details of each room and each part of this game is fantastic. Music that reacts against a few of your clones really gives you a sense of proportion and complexity and it gets nicer as you go.

The story is so endearing with a character who has a reflection on his time there. The vocalists also do an ABDI job. Great storytelling and voice acting! It’s all-vocal and at first, I sat around while he was playing, but if you want you can be surprised.

I thought Edea sounds like Delilah from Firewatch and she is Cissy Jones! (Did not know it was Olga (civie at the beginning of the game) in Half-Life Alyx, the entire first part of which they cut openly (nested parentheticals, large)). Levi and Jules were great too – at first, the dynamics weren’t really selling but I was about halfway there.

This is a fun game and this is a great idea for a VR game. It reminded me of those time clone puzzles in Ratchet N Clank but you use your clones for automating fruit collection. This game can be very short and sweet, probably like 6 hours if you’re just looking to finish it, but I found it much more fun to go for the challenge production rates.

They doubled the amount of playtime for me. They are far from necessary, so you can just relax and make your own solutions if that’s what you’re looking for.

This game is very exciting for VR and it is so innovative it is one of the few VR games that has caught my attention for a long time I am very happy because this game was finally released. Congratulations Pontoco!
