Out of the Park Baseball 18, is as complex and deep as its predecessor, perhaps even more so. Jumping as a relative nubby of baseball, but relatively expert in the sport of sports management (football manager, Eastside hockey manager, etc.), I got out of the park developments from the very beginning. There is very little hand-holding, but both developers and fans have put together lots of great tutorial-type videos, explaining what is happening and how to make sense of it.
