Shady people with nasty proposals or illegal online activities, if all goes well can make a huge difference, but remember that these differences can go both ways.

Put another way, fixed costs are as much a part of the game as monthly rent, so you will have to see to it that you never spend too much of your money on the upgrade of your internet cafe so that you don’t end up in debt.
